Before starting Elizabeth Niemann & Associates, Inc. (ENA) in 1992, Ms. Niemann worked for Hazelet & Erdal Engineers in Cincinnati Ohio, Louisville Health Department as well as the City of Louisville Public Works Department. Since establishing ENA, Ms. Niemann has designed sanitary sewers, storm sewers, small roadways, developed erosion prevention and sediment control plans, provided inspection services for an interceptor condition assessment project, and been involved with various drainage improvement projects.
Beth is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Kentucky. Beth has been certified by the National Association of Sewer Service Companies in the Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) – including Manhole Assessment.
